Delete your KOMAD account

Submit this form (or email contact@daonsolutions.co.kr) to request deletion of your KOMAD account and related personal data.

What we delete

Account profile (email, name, social login mapping, preferences)
Learning progress, quiz/game results, pronunciation records, bookmarks, messages
Travel plans, favorites, reviews, and in-app activity linked to your user ID
Restaurant reservations we stored for you, where we are allowed to cancel/delete them

What may be retained

Payment/tax records and security logs may be kept as required by law. Shared reviews already shown to other users may be anonymized instead of fully removed. Audio/image files stored on disk are deleted in a follow-up cleanup.

We complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days after verifying the request.
